Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dover-Instruments GA6520-10HS-103F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynamatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eae product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the 101073615 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 155305 manufactured by Dynamatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynamatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SBCE by Manufacturer Eae as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynics Brand CH12THIO4T1NTF140I in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dvt such as 181B0273 equipment made by Dvt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dvt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dvt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HS35R2048H37 made by Dynapar as well as the popular 3206E11 original spares produced by Dynapar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LVMPBA by Duometric and 181B0273 spares by Dvt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 152355 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynamatic.
